- Fluent English is a must 

- Strong communication skills is preferred 

- Strong logic and strategic thinking as well as clear thinking; 

- Skilled to use spectrum analyzer, CANoe etc. 

- At least 5+ years hardware development experience; 

- At least 1+ years Automotive related design experience in: 

o vehicle EMC requirements 

o RF products 

o PEPS and TPMS experience is a plus 

o Software experience is a plus 

- Strong design process experience and design quality sense 

- Pressure, stress tolerance and team player "
